Birthday Bash

This weekend was Meagan's birthday party. She invited all the cousins as well her class mates from school. We had about twelve kids total. At least that what I think. I got to spend the party in Mom and Dads room sleeping on the bed. Pictures can be found on the photo link on the right.

Theology and Legos

Mom and Dad a great laugh yesterday. The kids had done well getting ready for school yesterday morning so Mom rewarded them by allowing them to play the Xbox. They chose the game Lego Star Wars. In this game two players can play at the same time, so mom felt it was a good choice as there would not be any "My Turn" fighting.

After a bit an argument broke out between the two biped puppies. Meagan was complaining that Josh kept killing her character. Mom having observed the entire problem, pointed out to Meagan that she over and over again, kept walking up to Josh's character and using her character to slap his, and he was just getting her back. Meagan having remembered a discussion in the car from a few days ago replied: "But Josh is the one that sinned because he did not turn the other cheek."

After the laughter stopped, Mom then explained that first off this is a video game. Second had this occurred in the real world, Meagan would also be at fault for hitting in the first place.
