Max... we miss you horribly.
I am the proud dog of a happy couple John and Kim and their two other puppies (biped) Josh and Meagan.
Now that I am older dog, I sit back and watch the two biped puppies grow up, and keep an eye on mom who suffers from chronic migraines.
I have found that I have a lot of time on my paws, so I thought I would start a blog about my family.
I thought it would help keep family and friends up to date on our family.
All the photographs on this website and their photo website are taken by my parents John and Kim, or other family members, and may not be used without their permission. |

I did not feel well at all yesterday, I got sick several times, and could not hold anything down. They setup a vet appointment for me, man I hate going to the vet. Dad tried to get me to come inside last night, but I thought it better to sleep outside. He came out side and tried to give me a little bit of water, but I was not interested. He wet my nose and sat outside with me for a bit till the bugs drove him inside. Sometimes its good to have fur!
Dad has been working with the biped puppies over the last week helping them make some small model rockets. Well today dad and mom packed up the rockets the kids and even me and we went to fly them. Meagan and Josh had their rocket land close by, and was able to run and get it. Mom's rocket she called "Big Mama" landed a few houses down. Dad few his rocket and landed each of them a few houses away. One of them they never found.
For Moms special day, Mom wanted to go Pinnacle Mountain for the day. I stayed at home and Mom and Dad took the biped puppies to go and climb up the 1,011 foot mountain. Mom made it most of the way, but started to get a migraine near the top. She found a nice warm spot in the sun and rested while Dad took the biped puppies to the top. Dad took lots of pictures and you can find them on our picture page (link on the right)
Dad and Mom picked up the biped puppies and then went to get groceries. They stopped and got a bite to eat (and did not bring me anything back). However they came back talking to the kids about parenting.
The weekend started a bit early, as dad took off for an Dr Apt on Friday. When the biped puppies got out of school mom and dad picked them up and took them to see the movie "Iron Man". They each said that it was the best movie they had seen in a while, even Mom and Meagan enjoyed it proving it is just not a guys flick.
Dad has been working hard out side over the last few days. Mom, due to her headaches this weekend, was immune to dads forced labor. However he forced the biped puppies out side to help him. He even pushed me out of the door. I did however get to sit on the porch and watch the work.
Dad and I worked outside with the pond yesterday. Well… truth be told, he worked and I supervised his work while laying in the shade of the front porch, like a good old southern dog. Meagan even came out to help out some, but could not resist the evil glow of the tv for long.
Today was a big day in our home. Meagan had her First Communion today. The work started yesterday. I had to have a bath, and Mom started work on the massive amounts of food. Then today Mom and Dad's parents, and Mammaw (Mom's Grandmother) came out and went to mass to see Meagan take her First Communion. Then they all came home for some great food and great conversation.
Today Mom and Dad took the biped puppies over to Dads mothers house for Easter. They first went to Mass, then started working on Lunch. Jason and his family came over as well and they enjoyed great food.
I have a new biped cousin this morning. Dads brother and sister in law had their baby girl last night, just before midnight. Mya Danielle was 5 lbs 1 oz and 19 inches long. Mom and Dad have not seen it yet, but reports are that she has a head of black hair. I will post pictures as soon as I get my paws on some. Mom and Dad are going to take the two biped puppies up to see the baby after they get out of school.
